TOGETHER TRIBE.
This is a vertical that was founded to help bring together the women in Yi. We have around 100 members as of now + 9 Mentors + 16 Leaders to lead various tribes of around 6 members in each tribe.
Mentors handhold leaders to ensure that their monthly meetings run smoothly. All the mentors and leaders have undergone a comprehensive training by Ms Mala Patodia
Objective.
To Invite Women of Yi to harness the Leader in them and amplify their true Voice! To increase the representation and diversity of women leaders in the organisation.
Delivery Platform
A tribe of peers that provides a platform for women to share, discuss and create more opportunities for them in and outside Yi
